I am wondering if you recommed Adequan subcutaneous-specifically for canines with arthritis or potential arthritis. Thanks in advance!

Yes, this is a good option as part of multimodal management of arthritis.

Do you recommend it as a preventative in breeds that are predisposed to hip and joint issues such as labradors in addition to weight management, quality food, etc?

No, Adequan nor any of the nutraceuticals can be considered preventative in any way. They are very effective, but evidence shows only as part of a comprehensive treatment for OA/DJD with best results in mild to moderate OA/DJD.
