With over a decade of experience as a veterinary hospital administrator, Jessica uses her diverse background to encourage practices to expand their frame of reference with regards to running a successful business. Her creative approach to client education tools, branding, process streamlining, and superior client service and veterinary care have resulted in great success for those with whom she has worked. An avid researcher and reader, she trains hospital management teams to take responsibility for staying abreast of medical and pharmaceutical innovations as well as industry standards of care. Jessica writes and speaks nationally on a variety of practice management topics; she is also an active member of VetPartners and VHMA.
