He holds a degree in Social Communication from the Vale do Rio dos Sinos University (1992) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He is currently an administrator at Fazenda São Lucas, in the municipality of Rio Pardo. He was the Secretary of the Rural Union of Rio Pardo, responsible for Marketing and Communication. He has experience in the area of projects and agribusiness, besides teaching for adolescents, adults, poor communities and new entrepreneurs. He has an ability with interpersonal relationships as well as familiarization with economics, which qualifies him for analyzes, budgets and project deployments in the most varied segments.
