Retired teacher, Master's degree. I now run a support group for owners of dogs with Addison's disease. One of my own dogs was dx with Addison's 20 years ago. I own 3 standard poodles now, one of whom has epilepsy and had a maxillectomy a year ago. Another one had a GDV almost 3 years ago. My eldest had a maxillectomy 10 months ago. So, I have a great interest in health issues in dogs. Other interests include photography, crafting, gardening, wine.
