Exciting and engaging speaker, trainer and practice management consultant focusing on team communication and customer service. More than 28 years of hands on veterinary management experience. I travel nationally teaching for Patterson Veterinary Supply's Patterson University as the communication and customer service instructor. I have a broad range of experience including mixed animal, small animal, specialty, Emergency and shelter management which allows me to understand the many challenges of each.
I love to teach and inspire teams to understand the importance of how they effect not just the lives of animals but the people who love them.
My hobbies are meeting as many wonderful people as possible and adding them to my life as friends. I read like someone obsessed and I relax at the beach whenever possible.
