Treatment of heart disease in dogs and cats is dependent on the underlying disorder and typically includes use of medications and/or modifications to the diet. In this live and interactive webinar, Dr. Eric Owens - a veterinary cardiologist - will discuss the important role of nutrition and dietary considerations for patients with different stages of heart disease including chronic valvular disease in dogs, dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs, hypertropic cardiomyopathy in cats, nutritionally-associated diseases, and arrhythmic myocardial diseases.
