Are there any seizure disorders that are associated with the sleep / wake cycle?

Great question! Yes, some sleep / wake disorders are potentially seizures. These are cases where discussing all the potential underlying causes and their potential treatments can be really rational. I've had cases of this sort that have responded to both SSRIs and anticonvulsants.
