There are certain diets which have MCT integrated, which appear to be slightly better than adding MCT oil over the food. Adding C8-C12 enriched oils over the diet, one needs to consider the baseline diet and then it is best if you have nutritionist who can support you.
C8-C12 enriched oils are often purified coconut oils. There are quite a few products on the market. These products are on the market for bodybuilders and you find it in online stores. If you go over 9% of caloric intake the palatability goes down.
