A normal cornea is clear and colorless. Any color change seen in the cornea is suggestive of disease (either an active problem or consequence of something in the past). In this webinar we provide a brief review of normal corneal anatomy and physiology to lay the foundation for understanding the range of color changes that we can see with various disease states. Participants will come away with a better understanding of the appearance and causes of corneal edema, infectious and non-infectious keratitis, corneal pigmentation, corneal dystrophy, and corneal scarring.
